Do you warranty your products?
Yes, all products have a 30-day money back guarantee for breakage from cat play.
Is the product safe?
All of our pet products are rigorously tested to ensure that no “cool” cat gets hurt.
Is your product sold in stores?
Our cat toys are sold online at this time, however, keep an eye out at your favorite pet store as they will soon be available via retail. If your retailer does not carry our products, please let them know about us.
Can I buy in bulk?

Shipping & Return Policy
How quickly are new orders processed?
We process all orders within 48 hours. Shipping time varies based on location.
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, KuhleKatz offers returns on items within (30) days of original date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, please email our customer service department at info@kuhlekatzcom. After the product is returned, we will provide you with a full reimbursement, minus your return shipping cost. After (30) days from the original date of purchase, all sales are considered final. Gift cards are not eligible for return.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We think cats of every nationality should enjoy our products.
Where do the items in my order ship from?
All of our products are shipped out of Tulsa, Oklahoma, so delivery time is usually just a few days for U.S. based orders.
